HOW TO MAKE SEAFOOD OKRA


INGREDIENTS
  • Okra/okro and onions 
  • Palmoil
  • Pepper Paste 
  • Waterleave
  • Uziza leave
  • Assorted seafood (crabs, fish,crayfish,shrimp)
  • Crayfish 
  • Maggi cubes
  • Salt 

STEPS
  1. Add Palmoil into a dry pot
  2. Add Pepper paste, stir and allow to fry for 30secs - 1 min
  3. Add waterleaves, stir and allow to boil for 1 min
  4. Add water 
  5. Add the hard shelled seafood 
  6. Add okro and onions 
  7. stir well and allow to boil 
  8. Add crayfish, water and stock 
  9. Add Maggi cubes and salt 
  10. Stir well
  11. Add Uziza leave
  12. Add Soft fish 
  13. Stir gently so it won't break into pieces 
  14. Cover pot and allow soup to boil well for 2-3 mins
