HOW TO MAKE SEAFOOD OKRA
INGREDIENTS
- Okra/okro and onions
- Palmoil
- Pepper Paste
- Waterleave
- Uziza leave
- Assorted seafood (crabs, fish,crayfish,shrimp)
- Crayfish
- Maggi cubes
- Salt
STEPS
- Add Palmoil into a dry pot
- Add Pepper paste, stir and allow to fry for 30secs - 1 min
- Add waterleaves, stir and allow to boil for 1 min
- Add water
- Add the hard shelled seafood
- Add okro and onions
- stir well and allow to boil
- Add crayfish, water and stock
- Add Maggi cubes and salt
- Stir well
- Add Uziza leave
- Add Soft fish
- Stir gently so it won't break into pieces
- Cover pot and allow soup to boil well for 2-3 mins
